It is provided strictly for informational, market-research and negotiation purposes. It must not be submitted to, or relied upon by, any bank, lender, insurer, court, regulator, taxation authority or other third party as a formal valuation. For any bank-funding, mortgage, bond, insurance, legal, taxation, estate, expropriation or court purpose, you must engage a valuer registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) under the Property Valuers Profession Act 47 of 2000, or an equivalent registered valuer in your jurisdiction.
