Free period
All listings free 1 Nov 2026 → 27 Dec 2026 (56 days). Full listing features included — 30 photos, video walkthrough, portal tour, agent profile, 185-country exposure, smart search visibility.
When payments start
From 28 December 2026, listings move to the paid tier at the price you chose (from $3/listing/month). No surprise charges — you know your tier before the free period ends.
Smart Sell fees still apply
Smart Sell is excluded from the free promo. Our flat fees — USD 180 seller and USD 200 buyer, with no percentage commission — apply from 1 November 2026. The buyer fee funds our secure buyer verification (FICA/KYC) and six months of unlimited offers.
Why we do it this way
Soft launch + free listings = real customers using the platform in real conditions. That's how we find remaining bugs and polish the experience. Every issue you report during this period gets priority handling.
Bugs & issues notice
Because we're actively refining the platform, occasional bugs or display issues on listings may occur during the free period. All listing data is safe and preserved. Report anything strange via “Suggest improvements” — we prioritise fixes for launch customers.
Email confirmation required
Before your listings go live, we email you a confirmation form. You review your listings, add or remove any, and sign to confirm. Only confirmed listings go live on 1 November 2026.
Signed once — good for the whole free period
Change or cancel anytime
During the free period you can add, remove, or edit listings freely. To opt out before 28 December just remove your listings — no charge. To adjust which tier you'll be on when paid mode starts, use your dashboard.
Priority launch support
All launch-period customers get priority support via smarter@propworths.com. Response time target: same business day.
Data protection during test period
Your listings, agent profile, buyer enquiries, and payment history are POPIA-compliant from day one, regardless of soft-launch status. No test data is ever sold, shared, or used for training. See Privacy Policy for full details.
Fair-use of free listings
The free period is per bona-fide listing (real property or business you're selling). We reserve the right to remove obvious spam, duplicate listings, or listings that don't meet our quality guidelines.
Feedback expectation
Free-listing customers are asked (not required) to submit at least one feedback response during the launch period. This helps us make Propworths better for everyone. Use the “Suggest improvements” link in the top banner or email smarter@propworths.com.
